1. Returns

You can return an item within 7 days of receiving your order.The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in sellable condition.Customized items (like custom cricket apparel) are not eligible for return unless defective.

2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you.If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method or offered as store credit.

3. Exchange

If you received a defective or wrong item, we’ll replace it at no extra cost.Please report such issues within 3 days of delivery.

4. Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was incorrect or damaged.
